A United States patent (D413,748) for a Portable Multicompartment Dispenser, two United States trademarks, Shower Sudz (Registration Number 2340659) and Tanning Tanker (Registration Number 2340659), and equipment (existing blow mold and associated parts) are being offered for sale.
Shower Sudz is a home and travel product created to improve on an existing personal-hygiene product dispenser by utilizing a portable, multi-compartment dispenser. The design incorporates all of the features of a commercially available, wall-mounted, high-impact plastic, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispenser, but will offer the additional feature of portability at fraction of the cost. The main body of Shower Sudz is constructed of translucent, flexible, and durable plastic similar to that used in commercially available shampoo bottles. It is designed to reduce shower/bath tub clutter by storing and dispensing three different hygiene products from a single dispenser. Its compact design allows it to be positioned virtually anywhere in the shower/bath tub area. It can be hung from a shower/bath tub fixture or the neck of a bather by its mildew/rot resistant nylon rope or stand upright when placed on a flat surface. It is compact and lightweight which makes it ideal for carrying shampoo, conditioner, and body wash while away from the home. Whether you are at home, staying at a hotel during while traveling, camping or backpacking, or using shower facilities at the local health club, Shower Sudz will offer the ultimate in portability and convenience. During development, the original idea was expanded to include a dispenser for sun care products, Tanning Tanker. Shower Sudz and Tanning Tanker can also save you money because it allows you to purchase personal hygiene and sun care products in bulk and fill your own dispenser.
